Naif Al Rammah is the founding VP of the Group and heads business, technology and operations as the Vice President for Al-Rammah Holding and all affiliated Companies. As a result, Naif directly manages all business units of the Group. During the last 12 years, he has spearheaded initiatives to improve efficiency and drive growth, including the execution and integration of all new products and solutions and he has also managed the group’s strategic planning process, new business incubation and strategic alliances. Naif has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, a Certified Manager Certification, and has certification in Business Administration and Management, as well as Project Management. As a recognized expert in marketing, sales and management, Naif has been the key driving force behind the success and emergence of Al-Rammah as one of the Top-150 Saudi companies. By driving business growth Naif institutes goals and strategies, work on making sure employees function as a team and that morale remains high. He is an expert in marketing, sales and management. 


Amjad Abu Obaida

General Manager – RITIS

Role: RITIS Business Operations

Amjad Abu Obaida has over 15 years of a consistent track record of accomplishment of leading & delivering enterprise interactive media projects. Amjad is committed to professionalism, highly organized, able to see the big picture while paying attention to small details, and holding excellent communication skills. His responsibilities include: handling projects in KSA, presales activity for the company in different fields, design and install for wireless networks for indoor and outdoor, IP Telephony installation and configuration, using multilayer to structure any environment networks, structured cabling design and installation, design and installation of Video Conferencing systems, as well as supervising multiple projects at the same time. Amjad has a Bachelor Degree in Communication and Computer Engineering. 


Ahmed Bilal

Country Business Development Manager

Role: RITIS Sales & Business Development

Ahmed brings with him over 22 years of sales and business development experience in Middle-East, Africa and Europe with the last 15 years at senior level for companies like Orascom, Orange Telecom, MTN, Zain and Etisalat. As a senior EMEA & South East Asia business leader, Ahmed has structured and led IT & Telecom business initiatives in excess of US$200 Million within Oil & Gas, telecom, banking, energy, finance and utilities in both developed and emerging markets. Ahmed is a senior consultant for Mobile Payment solutions, e-banking operations and networks, MVNO setups in emerging territories in Africa, South East Asia and the CIS region. Ahmed is also an advisor to several telecom operators, Capital fund managers for IT based investments and specializes in setting up data centers, building business delivery platforms and creating telecom initiatives across the region. Ahmed has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering sciences, an MBA from Canada, a Diploma in IT, and is an international golfer.


Muhammad Adeel Anwer

Head of Technical Services

Role: Technical & IT Services

As a Senior Technical Consultant working 9 years with RITIS, Adeel Anwer’s responsibilities include designing, planning and managing contracts of Communication Solutions. He acts as a consultant for the clients’ requirements, assigning jobs to the technical team and providing core requirement of complete network solution. He has also worked in several wired and wireless networks including site surveys and implementation of links between branches, both point to point and point to multipoint links. His strong technical skills include Microsoft Network, Linux Network, Cisco, HP Procurve, Bluecoat, Exinda, R&M, Planet, Netgear, Motorola, Siemens, Redline, Symbol, Smartbridges and Lexmark. Adeel Anwer has a Bachelor of Computer Science, and certificates in Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), E‐Commerce, Macromedia Certification, Lexmark Certified Engineer, NORTEL BCM Certified, Nortel CS1000 Installation and Administration, and R&M Certificate of Attendance.


Khalid Jehangir

Head of Projects & Operations

Role: Projects & Operations

Khalid brings with him over 13 years of technical project management and operations experience in Saudi Arabia and has worked on over 200 Low Current and other IT projects including complete data network design, implementation and build out, Exchange Server setup, implementation and configuration of CISCO Catalyst Switches & Routers, Wireless networks, CISCO and HP Core Switches Routers and Networks, NORTEL networks, AVAYA IP telephony networks, over 150 CCTV surveillance and security projects, as well as, numerous Acces Control, Data network, FTTH/OSP deployment. Khalid has also extensive experience in delivering projects related to Barcode Printers, design and implementing structured LAN and central communications, configuration & installation of power over ethernet switches, installation and configuration of Avaya IP Office/Server/Aura networks including IP Phones, Installation of Microsoft Server 2003 and Exchange Server, Migration of DATA traffic from CISCO to HP environment, implementation installation and configuration of INFOSEC 3 & KVA UPS battery banks and has executed projects with companies such as Saudi Aramco, SCECO, SUBAIE Group of Companies, Al Rushaid, Dar Al Riyadh, Al Zamil, Al Babtain Group, Nesma Trading, Maàden, SG‐Petroleum, Schlumberger, Rashid A. Al‐Rashid & Sons, Bonatti, Hayat Pharmacy, etc. Khalid has a Bachelor’s degree in technology and has extensive certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, R&M Cabling, Lexmark and others.


Tayyab Qureshi

Head of Training & Development

Tayyab is described as an entrepreneur, management consultant, conference leader and a professional trainer who utilizes his superb interpersonal skills to instantly connect with his audience. He is emotional, creative, passionate and a driven human being. As a consultative trainer with hands on experience by working with a wide variety of firms of all shapes and sizes, he collaborates with executive management of several organizations to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve their business performance as well as to disseminate critical information to various groups and functions. He has a certificate in Business Administration and Management and is a Certified Manager. He also has a degree from the University of Texas in Business and Marketing.  


Sameh Sabri

Sameh has been with RITIS for 14 years and manages finance, banking  and human resources. Sameh hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting and is a qualified accounting professional.
